Laurie Ford, President of Newport Funding Group has been in the factoring business for over 24 years. Working as the Canadian Senior Business Development Manager for two of the largest Factoring Companies in Canada, Laurie won several Annual Sales awards for North America. Over the years, she financed over 2 billion in receivables for small and medium sized companies across Canada. Laurie has worked with companies in many sectors including food, transportation, manufacturing, temporary personnel agencies, cleaning, garment, furniture and many more. This experience provides an understanding of many industries and their challenges.
